Description We seek a dynamic and results-driven US IT Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in the IT staffing sector. This is a remote position open to nationals residing in India. Requirements Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market. Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire and grow new client accounts. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Understand client needs and deliver tailored IT staffing solutions. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth in the IT staffing industry. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Present company capabilities and value propositions to potential clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Provide insights on client requirements to help guide recruitment efforts. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and service delivery agreements. Ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the US IT staffing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the US IT staffing market, including knowledge of key industry players, trends, and challenges. Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT staffing services, client relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, EAD, Green Card). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and other decision-makers. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple client accounts and sales processes simultaneously.
