The Opportunity Join our team as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and enhance our capabilities in crafting innovative, user-friendly features for our flagship product. You'll be building and optimizing our Web app, using your React expertise. Your role will involve developing reusable components, translating designs into high-quality code, and ensuring top-notch performance across all devices. Our employees enjoy: Competitive base salaries Comprehensive benefits Stock options Generous and flexible time off Unlimited coaching on TaskHuman Fully Remote Responsibilities: Own and deliver features and initiatives in service of quarterly goals for the Web team Participate in the whole cycle of feature development, from ideation to actual delivery Enhance a video calling module and improve call experience Ensure feature parity on Web with Mobile applications Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Perform code reviews and approval of changes Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Requirements: Strong development and operations experience with React.js/Redux/React Native, Node.js, Javascript (ES6+), Typescript, CSS Frameworks, and RESTful APIs Focus on product quality, creating code that is readable, scalable and secure Discipline to test changes thoroughly, strong experience with Jest or another JS unit testing framework Passion about UI/UX and customer-focused development General understanding of cloud-native architecture, AWS managed services, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling Experience with Agile environment and modern software development practices Great communicator and team player, you can lead by example Ability to adjust working schedule to have intersection with the US team Fluency in English Great to have Experience with real-time communication platforms (Zoom, Twilio, Vonage, Agora, or similar)
