Strategy → Source, conduct due diligence, and execute high-value strategic partnerships that align with business objectives and bring value to the ecosystem Strategy → Craft and execute a targeted marketing strategy to position Hike as the partner of choice, highlighting key strengths and collaboration opportunities. Strategy → Optimize costs, capitalise on cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and build deep, lasting partner relationships to drive growth.
