Job-Overview Job Title : HR Manager Job Location : Remote Job Shift : US PST Shift (8pm-5am, IST) We're currently looking for an HR Manager to join us and expand our team. Responsibilities and Duties Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian & US labor laws, ensuring alignment with the organization's global HR framework. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment-related issues. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Stay abreast of changes in labor laws, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the organization's HR practices remain compliant and competitive. Coordinate and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills, promote employee development, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits administration, and performance-based rewards. Stay up to date with emerging HR technologies and tools, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee India and US payroll. Scheduling our team of professionals on client engagements to optimize utilization and reporting on utilization and client time. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably with prior experience in managing HR operations for a US-based company. Thorough knowledge of Indian & US labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance requirements. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels, ensuring a positive work environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of cultural nuances and an inclusive approach to work with a diverse workforce. · Experience with Keka, Notion & professional service organization preferred. Prior experience of working in a startup is a plus.
