JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive product-led growth for our marketing leading CMS. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Storyblok as the preferred choice for developers and content creators. Your responsibilities will include developing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. You will also collaborate closely with product management, and our marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing growth.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Self-Service Positioning & Messaging: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop buyer personas that inform in-app messaging and feature announcements. Tailor messaging to target audiences by aligning product features with marketing narratives, ensuring maximum engagement and effective communication of value.
Product-Led Growth (PLG) Strategy: Partner with product and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for organic growth. Develop content strategies, including blog posts and tutorials, that showcase product capabilities. Use insights from the product team to highlight features that align with growth objectives.
Product Showcasing: Work with design, development, and marketing teams to effectively showcase products on digital platforms. Coordinate with the product team for product demonstrations and webinars to generate user interest, ensuring alignment with both product and marketing strategies.
Product Marketing for PLG: Collaborate with product and marketing teams on initiatives focused on the AARRR framework (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). Optimize onboarding with product insights, develop campaigns to attract new users, and create retention strategies to maintain engagement.
Performance Analysis: Monitor website content and campaign performance with the marketing team. Use data insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs, working with the product team to refine marketing tactics based on user feedback and behavior.
Customer Journey Enhancement: Collaborate with the product strategist and marketing team to improve the customer journey through onboarding and personalized experiences. Analyze metrics like CSAT and NPS with both teams to enhance product experiences and align marketing efforts with user needs.
 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Marketing or related educational degree
6+ years’ experience as a product marketing manager, ideally in PLG/self-service B2B SaaS business 
Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on product-led growth.
Track record of successfully implementing a PLG framework, data-driven measurability, as well as go-to-market and product marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and markets.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
Knowledge of product marketing frameworks, such as the AARRR model.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our market leading CMS in the enterprise market. You will play a pivotal role in positioning Storyblok as the preferred solution for developers and web development teams within large organizations. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, create compelling messaging, and support a successful enterprise sales motion. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of Storyblok to technical audiences and drive customer acquisition will be essential for this role.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with technical enterprise decision-makers. Create technical content that addresses the specific needs and challenges of enterprise customers. Collaborate with product management to ensure product messaging aligns with the product roadmap.
Campaign Execution: Work closely with the campaign marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that align with enterprise sales strategies. Provide input on campaign messaging and creative assets. Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future campaigns based on performance data.
Enterprise Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales Enablement function to develop and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials, including product presentations, case studies, and sales tools. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales plays and messaging. Provide product training to sales teams to ensure they can effectively articulate the value proposition of Storyblok.
Thought Leadership: Establish Storyblok as a thought leader in the CMS category. Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and articles on relevant topics. Participate in industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Customer Engagement: Engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and challenges. Provide product demonstrations and technical support to potential customers. Collect customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and product positioning. Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on product marketing performance.
 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in product marketing, sales enablement, or technical writing are a plus.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a focus on the enterprise market.
Strong understanding of headless CMS technology and its applications.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise products.
Knowledge of sales enablement best practices and tools.
Ability to create technical content that resonates with developers and web development teams.
Experience presenting complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
