The Role

We seek a stellar Partner Manager to join our team. The position will work in conjunction with the partner(s) to own all activities required at different stages of the partner lifecycle journey and shall be reporting to the Director - Strategic Alliances & Partnerships. 
We are looking for brilliant candidates to develop relationships and manage the success(es) of MSPs, Solution Partners, and Global System Integrators(GSI). 
The Partner Manager will be pivotal in managing strategic relationships with our MSPs, Solution Partners, and GSIs to help them grow their business globally while driving C-level, Practice Team, Marketing and Field relationships. 
The ideal candidate will bring a partner background that enables them to drive successful partnerships and engage at the CXO level. 
The position also requires strong product acumen, complex campaign understanding, and working knowledge of the Enterprise Cyber Security compliance landscape.
Responsibilities
Acquisition
Anchor recruitment cadence for MSPs and InfoSec Consulting partners and follow through with the activity by driving constant enablement and end-to-end partner engagement.
Manage the partner lifecycle journey - from initial prospecting to close. Identify, Outreach; Negotiate contracts, and onboard MSPs; GSIs; Consulting Partners, piggybacking on various demand-gen activities.
Enablement & Partner Success
Manage and collaborate with GSIs, MSPs, and Consulting Partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs.
Map key decision makers and influencers at each partner organisation and find areas for the highest impact on new business to both parties ( Sprinto & the Partner Organization )
Collaborate with partner org’s compliance practise heads, solution consultants, industry principals et al., and are trained on Sprinto’s platform functionalities and value proposition so that they can evangelise Sprinto capabilities to their regional sales teams and clients.
Collaborate, align and ideate with the product marketing team to develop supporting collaterals - partner case studies, solution briefs, and campaign assets for evangelising Sprinto’s functionalities.  
Revenue-Generation & Account Expansion
Assist the GSI, MSP, and Consulting Partners’ account management team with the expansion strategy into target accounts by driving an account mapping cadence.
Identify the right opportunities, assist Sprinto’s licensing team in framing deal structures, and negotiate & close partner-sourced and influenced opportunities.
Proactively source and support co-selling opportunities with partners
Nurture current partners and build relationships with new partners to expand Sprinto’s reach across their client base and prospects.
Own business relationships at all levels of the partner organisations, aiming to drive partner-sourced opportunities into Sprinto’s Sales Pipeline 
Operational Rigor
Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings to discuss new leads, opportunities, and the progression of all ongoing opportunities.
Attend and network at partner events.
Acquire an in-depth understanding of Sprinto’s platform, and demonstrate the ability to articulate its value proposition to MSPs, Consulting Partners and their customers.
Act as a product champion and propose business solutions supporting partner-led sales campaigns to prospective clients.
Work with corresponding Sales team members assigned to partner-sourced opportunities to ensure seamless co-selling and accurate revenue attribution.  
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in dealing with Solutions Partners, MSPs, GSIs et al., preferably from within a SaaS/ISV organisation
Experience driving partner go-to-market campaigns that include cross-functional teams across sales and marketing, both from the partner org as well as Sprinto
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Skilled in negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective MSPs, Consulting Partners, GSIs
Experience owning, driving and managing partnership revenue quotas against quarterly ( and yearly ) targets
Ability to proactively develop partner relationships by listening to, understanding anticipating, and providing solutions to partner and partners' customer needs

The Role
We are in search of a Market Research Executive to assist us with our research both primary and secondary. The person should be able to analyze all data, trends, and strategies in the industry.

Responsibilities
Conducting a viable market and industry analysis to identify accounts/companies.
Generation of a solid database with desired target market which must include the accounts from particular geography & industry, relevant contacts, and their contact information.
Assist SDRs with their campaign with the desired number of databases.
Meet monthly & quarterly targets.
Mapping our offerings to the target market after understanding its characteristics.
Proactively work on identifying accounts/companies and niche contacts in the particular region.
Communication with the team to understand what their needs are.
Generate reports on the database created & closely work with the sales, growth teams.

Requirements
 A basic understanding of primary & secondary research is required.
Working knowledge of working with tools like Excel, LinkedIn & Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxcn,Hubspot OR Outplay etc.
Good oral and written communication skills.
The person must be willing to learn and must have a proven track record of producing results.

The Role -
As the Finance Operations Analyst you will be customer and people-centric to support the accounts receivable and receivable functions, including billings, customer payment applications, vendor payment applications, preparation of the collections, payments and cash forecast, and relevant month-end reporting requirements. 

Some key responsibilities -
Accounts Receivable (AR) Management -
Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO): Achieve and maintain a DSO target, reducing the time it takes to collect receivables.
Improve Cash Flow: Assist in meeting the monthly cash collection targets and update the cash forecast accurately.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer billing inquiries, contributing to higher customer satisfaction and retention.
Accurate Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reconciliation of all portals used for tracking orders and receivables.

Accounts Payable (AP) Management -
Timely and Accurate Payments: Ensure all vendor payments are made on time and are accurately recorded, helping to maintain strong supplier relationships.
Month-End Close: Complete month-end AP closing tasks efficiently, including account reconciliation and aged AP follow-up.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including timely filing of W9/W8-BEN, 1099, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements across geographies.
Efficient Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to vendor and business partner inquiries, ensuring resolution within the company's SLA.

Some key requirements -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with subscription-based billing models
Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot), Subscription Management Systems and Customer Helpdesk Softwares

The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented  Sr Account Executive (APAC) to join our fast-growing SaaS sales team. As a hunting AE, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients with respect to their GRC needs.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Work closely with your pod SDR to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Represent Sprinto with professionalism and integrity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements
Proven 4-6 years of sales(closer) experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as a Hunting Account Executive or a similar role.
Previous experience handling APAC/India as a territory
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Proficient with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator among other sales stack tools.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Have led the build and execution of a multi-year product strategy based on a growing company’s vision.
A track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
Enjoy working in a remote start-up environment and can learn and adapt quickly.
B2B SaaS experience and cybersecurity/compliance experience are major pluses
