Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a strong background in marketing analytics, particularly within the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in data-driven decision-making, have extensive experience with SQL databases, and be proficient in analyzing complex datasets to uncover actionable insights. This role is crucial in supporting Plivo’s marketing efforts by providing data-driven insights that drive growth and optimize marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret data sets related to customer behavior, campaigns, and website performance.
Conduct customer segmentation to identify high-value profiles for targeted marketing.
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on website performance and conversions.
Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with IT on data management.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge in data visualizations tools like Looker Studio and Quicksight.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in an analytics centric role.
Experience in marketing analytics is a plus. 
Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and conversion optimization methodologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content strategy, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of a content strategy that drives engagement, builds brand authority, and supports business objectives. You will manage a team of content creators and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, impactful content.

The key focus for this role is about Why and What to build. In this role, you will work with engineering, marketing, sales and support to own your respective product end to end. 

Successful candidates will have shown the ability to ship a quality product in a fast-paced environment. It is particularly important that you have experience working directly with engineers and engineering management. 

What would you be doing?
Ownership of the growth charter of Plivo API and unlock new revenue opportunities for various Plivo products 
Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and support the product.
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing product stories in engineering sprints.
Working closely with the engineering teams on new features and critical bugs.
Internal and External stakeholder management.
Roadmap definition and execution.
Product training programs.

Experience with stakeholders and customer management
Co-founder or founding team experience at a start-Up is preferred
