Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the US IT staffing market, including knowledge of key industry players, trends, and challenges.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT staffing services, client relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, EAD, Green Card).
