WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek highly skilled Sales Demo Managers who can drive our sales efforts and cultivate relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will possess skills that build strong connections with strategic partners, understanding their needs, and effectively promote our solutions to achieve mutual success.



Roles and Responsibilities: As a Sales Demo Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and fostering relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of client requirements, cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring prompt delivery of products and services, addressing client issues and concerns, identifying upselling opportunities, generating and nurturing new sales leads, preparing progress reports and forecasts, providing proactive guidance and training to clients, and collaborating closely with the senior management team to execute business plans.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, particularly within the realm of POS billing software for restaurants.
Ensure prompt delivery of products and services to clients, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, maintaining a high level of trust and satisfaction throughout the partnership.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth and fostering client retention.
Develop a nuanced understanding of client processes and needs, exploring innovative ways to add value to client accounts.






KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales &  product demo. 
Experience in providing demo on restaurant POS software or related solutions.
Experience in oral and written communication with Restaurant experience.
Proficiency in sales techniques and solution-based selling approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in problem-solving and negotiation techniques.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in SaaS, inside sales, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry.
Knowledge of POS Billing Software Operations is always a plus. 
Prior exposure to startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset.

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive (Mid-level), who is interested in working with a mobile app company on both the iOS and Android platforms.





SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

At least 2 years of work relevant experienced
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients.
Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor i.e. Self-starter, Problem- solver.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Create customer delight in every call/chat  that comes into the system
Making outbound sales calls
Obtain all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
Respond promptly to customer enquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
Maintain customer database
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Education- B.Com - Commerce
Proficient in MS Office applications.
