What You Will Do
As the QA Architect, you will play a crucial leadership role in designing and implementing effective quality assurance solutions to ensure the quality of our AI-based, real-time solution suite, specifically tailored for Sales and Conversational Intelligence applications. Your role will be to set and drive rigorous standards of testing and review that ensure a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable customer journey. You will build and lead a team of QA testers, define and drive the QA process, collaborate with development and technical leaders, and establish and execute a comprehensive testing strategy.

Drive a rigorous QA process that results in five-star customer experiences
Design and implement solutions for testing AI-based real-time features of the application
Fully comprehend the business usage, technical specifications, development and implementation processes regarding our products and customers
Manage and develop a team of first-class QA Testers
Drive increased automation testing across smoke, regression, and end-to-end scenarios
Collaborate with Product Management team regarding requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
Create repeatable, structured, and comprehensive test plans
Constantly track, measure, and show actions to improve QA performance
Investigate and provide solutions to quality issues during development and implementation processes
Stay up-to-date and apply the emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in quality assurance in Saas environments
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with ability to document & collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively using professional-level English.
Capabilities leveraging AI toward increased efficiency and effectiveness within QA.
10+ years experience in QA, with strong experience in testing SaaS products and applications.
4+ years experience leading QA teams within SaaS development & Implementation environments
5+ years experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes
5+ years of proven experience utilizing QA automation tools, such as Playwright, Selenium and/or Puppeteer
Strong knowledge and capabilities using JavaScript based tools.
AWS hands-on experience with ability to set up technical environments and run testing scripts.
Well-versed utilizing version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab.
Proficient in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
Experienced in both white box and black box testing techniques.
Well-versed in regression testing and capable of documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively.
Knowledge of test incident management software such as Jira, qTest, Zephyr.
Experienced in performance and/or security testing - preferred.
Experience in testing real-time collaboration tools - preferred.

The Role
In the role of QA Automation Tester, you will be part of a high-powered team ensuring seamless customer experiences utilizing our SaaS solution suite. This position has a strong focus on front-of-process analysis followed by highly effective testing utilizing the most efficient combinations of AI and automation tools for customer projects.

What you will do
Understand the business process to efficiently analyze, create and execute testing plans to meet project requirements.

Work closely with the customer Implementation team on customer projects, to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

Use assisted automated testing tools - primarily Copado - to achieve the most efficient process and most effective results. Develop Salesforce Apex test design and test cases using AI. Perform manual testing when necessary specially to ensure the styling and design. standards are met.

Track discovered incidents meticulously performing detailed regression testing to maintain system integrity.

Provide essential troubleshooting assistance during post-release and post-implementation stages.

Utilize the latest advancements in AI, Automated Testing, and Salesforce in adopting new tools that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, ensuring best practices in QA testing.

Requirements
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with ability to document & collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively using professional-level English.
Capabilities leveraging AI toward increased efficiency and effectiveness within QA.
4-6 years of experience specifically with Salesforce.com projects
4-6 years of experience working on customer projects
3-5 years experience with Automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Copado and ROBOT framework.
Proficient in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
Experienced in both white box and black box testing techniques.
Familiarity with performance and/or security testing is advantageous.
Well-versed in regression testing and capable of documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively.
Knowledge of test incident management software such as Jira, qTest, Zephyr.
Knowledge of Python preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce Apex preferred.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Confirm that your designs have been implemented correctly by verifying the functionality and styling in each sprint.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and integrate these into design workflows.
Requirements
Experience in designing SaaS-based eCommerce, storefronts, partner portals, customer portals, digital engagement, digital sales room oriented applications.
Experience in designing B2B applications ideally in SaaS, IoT, or Manufacturing segments.
Strong comprehension, problem-solving, and communication abilities; with a proven track record of effectively leading user design processes.
